PetSave Re”Tail” Campaign

PetSave is an agency that fosters and rehomes dogs and cats in the local area. To bring in money for the animals they care for, they run a brick-and-mortar thrift store called PetSave Re”Tail.” All proceeds go to animals in need, and volunteers entirely run them. The main consideration for this project was the surrounding demographic in this particular area of Greater Sudbury. Many other similar shops surround this area where the store is located. On top of that, there is a lot of poverty in the area, and sadly, many are families struggling to survive. The main goal was to change the negative impression or shame some people have when they cannot afford new necessities and must utilize thrift and second-hand stores.

First, a mascot named Francesca was developed. She can be used on all branding. A minimalist design was used to approach this to make any future branding easily adaptable. Friendly fonts were paired with a cute design and a bright, cheery colour scheme.
